Life Coaching

Sarah, our office manager aka "The Tallgrass Caretaker," offers life coaching sessions for our patients and community.

You are the expert and the student of your own life

During life transitions, we often default to external pressures and outdated survival patterns that served a purpose earlier in our lives. This is totally understandable. And yet, there are other ways of being that are more life affirming and fulfilling.

If we are open and curious about the unfolding shifts happening within and around us in the present moment, an abundant outpouring of universe energy will show itself. That energy is always there, but many of us don’t know how to recognize it or activate it.

Nevertheless, innate wisdom resides inside each and every one of us. (Yes, that means inside you too!) We just have to practice accessing it, playfully and joyfully. This is the sacred work we will do together.

About Sarah

At six years old, I had visions of making a circus in my backyard.

Even though I wasn’t able to make it happen, I still remember the sense of longing it stirred up in me. I longed to usher something spectacular into the world, something just on the verge of existence. To this day, I still do.

I could share many things about myself with you. As an adolescent, I was classically trained as a ballet dancer. In my 20’s, I was a community organizer on the southwest side of Chicago. I have my Master’s degree in clinical social work. I am the mother of a wonderful human being. I am a breast cancer survivor. While all of these experiences have shaped me and continue to have tremendous influence on who I am today, the little girl dreaming of the circus is the most significant when it comes to me being a coach.

I was born to imagine what can be, to entertain the seemingly impossible, to play with the abundant energy of the universe, and usher in magic. This is the work I am so fortunate to do with my clients. Learn more about my philosophy and approach to coaching.

How it works

The aim of our first two one-on-one sessions is to activate a sense of aliveness, flow, connectivity, and abundance inside you. You may still have feelings of fear, self doubt and confusion. However, their grip will start to loosen and you will find yourself able to be in the possibility of the present moment more and more.

During the next session, I will help you choose an overarching, bigger picture inquiry question encapsulating your life at this time. This inquiry will act as a compass for deeper exploration and learning about yourself. Over the upcoming months, we will explore fun and creative tools and methods you can use to conduct an inquiry process in your day to day life.

Schedule

First session is FREE for Tallgrass DPC Members

Subsequent sessions are $50
